Device Description

SZLH series livestock pellet mill is made up of a main unit with a conditioner, has the characteristics of great output and long service life, and is suitable for the production of common livestock and poultry feeds.
With direct driving of the gears, its efficiency is high;
Full stainless steel feeder and variable pitch anti-arch structure achieve speed regulation by frequency variation;
The enlarged stainless steel conditioner gives a long time for conditioning and curing;
For the special shaft end seal of the conditioner, an axial steam jetter is adopted for steam feeding, so that the material is in full contact with the steam to prevent reverse steam flowing into t he feeder;
The box is made by special casting process and is compact in structure;
The SKF bearing and imported oil seal are adopted for the main drive system and a lubricating oil return system is specially provided to ensure reliable bearing lubrication;
The gear and the gear shaft are processed by carburizing & quenching and hard tooth grinding, so that the driving is balanced with low noise and long service life;
The circular die is connected with the driving wheel by three quick-discharge precision forged hoops and can be disassembled conveniently and quickly;
The door closure and the chute are fully made of stainless steel and have strong anti-corrosion capability;
A Bibby coupling is adopted for the motor and gear box, which can be disassembled more conveniently and operated more reliably;
